1 lb ground Ham
1 lb ground Pork
1/2 C. dried Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
3 T. finely chopped Yellow Onion
1 T. Onion Powder
1 large Egg, beaten
3/4 C. Milk
1/4 t. Liquid Smoke
Glaze
3/4 C. Brown Sugar
1 1/2 t. Dry Mustard
1/4 C. White Vinegar
1/4 t. Liquid Smoke
Preheat oven to 350. Line a 13×9 casserole dish with foil.
Mix ham, pork, bread crumbs, onion, egg, milk, and liquid smoke. Shape into 6 loaves and place in casserole dish.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the loaves
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
