1/2 C. Milk
3/4 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 T. Vegetable Oil
1/3 C. Chopped Onion
1 Egg
1 1/2 C. Bisquick
1/2 C. Chopped Ham
Beat milk, oil and eggs slightly in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients with a fork until moistened. Drop batter onto greased baking pan. Bake until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. Server warm.
