1 lb Hamburger
8 oz. Elbow Macaroni, cooked
1 can Tomato Juice
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1 Medium Onion, chopped
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
Salt
Pepper
Brown hamburger. Place in large cooking pot, add remaining ingredients. Simmer until green pepper and onion are tender.
You can also brown hamburger with green pepper, onion and garlic before mixing all ingredients.
