Fudge Sauce

1/2 C. Margarine
2 squares Unsweetened Chocolate
3 C. Sugar
1 can Evaporated Milk (normal soup can)

Melt margarine and chocolate in pan. Add sugar and milk alternately. Cook until boiling. Remove and put in 1 qt jar. Serve over ice cream.

Fair warning: This is addicting stuff. Most of my family heats this up before pouring it on ice cream. I spoon it on cold. If the spoonful doesn’t end up in my mouth instead.
