1 Jar Marshmallow Creme
1 8oz block of Cream Cheese
Fruit of choice
Leave cream cheese out to soften. Mix with marshmallow creme thoroughly, trying to remove all lumps. I’ve heard you can microwave this to even it out more, but I have not had luck in the past with microwaved cream cheese so I have not tried this. Once mixed thoroughly, add in fruit. I like a combination of blueberries & raspberries (sinful!) or grapes & mandarin oranges. The base was also originally used as just a dip for a fruit tray.
This was actually supposed to be dip for fruit. I cut to the chase and just mixed it all together. You get more “dip” in every bite, because let’s be real – you’re going to eat the dip plain anyway because it tastes so freaking good.
