2 lbs Sole Fillets
1 1/4 C. Milk
2 T butter
1 pkg Knorr Alfredo sauce mix
1 Small Shallot
1 T. Chopped Fresh Basil
2 T. Lemon Juice
1 t. Grated Lemon Peel
2 T. Water
Preheat oven to 375. Season fillets with sale and pepper and arrange in 13×9 inch backing dish. Bake for 12 min or until fish flakes with a fork. Melt butter over medium-high heat and cook shallots, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 3 min. Stir in lemon juice and water until sauce is slightly thickened, about 2 min. Stir in milk and alfredo and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring occasionally, 4 min. Stir in basil and lemon peel and cook 1 min. Serve sauce over fillets.
Serve w/rice or potatoes.
