Fantasy Fudge

3 C. Sugar
3/4 C. Margarine
2/3 C. (5 1/3 fl oz can) Evaporated Milk
12 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
7 oz. Marshmallow Cream
1 C. Chopped Nuts
1 t. Vanilla

Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly and continue boiling for 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips. Add last 3 ingredients until well blended. Pour into greased 9×13 pan. Cool at room temperature; cut into squares. Makes about 3 lb.
