1 cup (1/2 pint) heavy whipping cream, chilled
3 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp instant espresso (I used instant coffee)
Place ingredients in a large chilled mixing bowl and whip with an electric mixer until the espresso dissolves and the mixture forms soft peaks.
This was what clued me in to how easy it is to make homemade whipped cream. Add in the coffee, and you have divinity!
