I use 2 bags of frozen corn – preferably yellow and white corn or shoepeg corn. You can use canned to, but I prefer frozen.
1 C mayonnaise (I don’t think miracle whip would be as good here, and I love miracle whip)
1 C shredded cheese (I do a double batch and a whole 2C bag)
1/2 bag “Southwest Blend” of frozen onions and peppers – or you can put in fresh ones and cut them up and stuff.
I also add a tsp of jalapeno jelly, and salt and pepper, but that can be to taste and my husband likes it fine without.
Mix those ingredients together, and toss fritos on top
