2 (8 oz) packages Cream Cheese, softened
1 C. Mayonnaise
1 (4 oz) can Chopped Green Chilies, drained
2 oz canned Diced Jalapeno Peppers, drained
1 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese
Stir together cream cheese and mayo in a large bowel until smooth. Stir in green chilies and jalapeno peppers. Pour mixture into a microwave safe serving dish.
Microwave on High until hot, about 3 minutes or bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes.
**Note: can also mix in 1/2 C. Parmesan into the cream cheese, mayo bowl and then top with the other 1/2 C. for a thinner top crust and more textured dip.
