2 ounce high quality dark chocolate
1 4 count package crescent rolls
1 large egg yolk
1 tbsp milk 2 tbsp sugar
Preheat Oven at 375 degrees. Cut the chocolate into pieces. Unfold crescent roll dough. Place 1-2 pieces of chocolate at the wide end of each piece of dough and roll up. Mix egg yolk and milk in small bowl. Brush on top of the rolls and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool 3-4 minutes before serving.
Easy to make, and with dark chocolate, there is no going wrong here.
