Chicken Parmesan

4 Chicken Breasts
Parmesan Cheese, grated
Italian Bread Crumbs
Flour
3 Eggs
1/2 C. Milk
Red Spaghetti Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese

Mix 2 parts Italian bread crumbs with 1 part Parmesan cheese. This is not an exact science and the amount depends on how many chicken breasts you are breading. Mix 3 eggs w/ milk in a 2nd bowl, and place flour in a 3rd bowl.

Fully cover the chicken breast in flour. Then move your floured chicken breast into the egg wash. Then move it into the breading and fully cover with breading. Put on a pam sprayed or greased sheet tray and bake for 45 mins at 425 F. When done, cover with red sauce and top with mozzarella cheese. Serve with pasta of your choice and lots of booze!
