1 can Grands Biscuits
1/4 C Butter
1/3 C Flour
10 oz Chicken Broth
1 1/4 C Milk
1 lb Chicken, cubed
1 C frozen Peas
1 4 oz can Mushrooms
1 2 oz jar diced pimentos, drained
Salt & Pepper to taste
Bake biscuits while preparing chicken and sauce.
Fully cook chicken and set aside.
Melt butter in pan. Add flour until completely blended. Slowly add broth and milk until incorporated and smooth. Cook until the sauce thickens. Add vegetables and chicken and cook until heated through.
