2 cans refrigerator biscuits (cheap ones)
1 jar Pizza Sauce
8 oz shredded Mozzerella
4 oz shredded Cheddar
32 slices Pepperoni
Pre-heat oven to 350. Grease 9×13 casserole dish. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and drop into casserole dish. Pour pizza sauce over dough. cover with mozzarella. Top with pepperoni, and then sprinkle cheddar cheese over top. Bake for 20 35 minutes until bubbly and cheese is all melty.
Note: You could use any toppings you’d like.
8 servings @ 245 calories each. One piece filled each of the kids up, so half the recipe was enough.
