Braised Pork Chops

3-4 Bone-in Pork Chops
Bacon Grease or Oil
Flour
Garlic Powder
Salt
Pepper

Coat bottom of skillet with grease or oil & heat over low. Combine seasonings and flour in bowl; dredge chops in flour mix until coated and place in pan. Brown on both sides over low heat. Cover with hot water; cover pan and simmer, watching water level and adding hot water as needed. Cook until meat falls from bone, approx 1 1/2 – 2 hours.

Use broth to make gravy with cornstarch and Kitchen Bouquet to taste.
