Beef & Sausage Dip

3/4 lb Lean Ground Beef
3/4 lb Mild Bulk Pork Sausage
1/2 large Yellow Onion, chopped
1 C. Ketchup
4 t. Chili Powder
3 t. Sweet Paprika
2 (15 oz) cans Kidney Beans, undrained
2 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 C. sliced Black Olives
1/2 C. chopped Green Onion

Preheat oven to 350. Brown beef, sausage and onion in a medium skillet. Drain excess fat. Add ketchup, chili powder, paprika and beans. Mix well.

Place mixture in a 13×9 inch baking dish. Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle cheese, olives and green onions on top. Bake an additional 5 to 10, until cheese melts. Serve with your favorite chips. Makes 10 minutes.
