1 1/2 lb hamburger
1 1/4 C salsa (the thicker the better)
1/2 lb process cheese spread
8 flour tortillas
Toppings such as:
Lettuce
Tomato
Black Olives
In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium high heat 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink. Drain. Stir in salsa and cheese until melted. Spoon approx 1/2 cup of beef onto warmed tortillas and garnish.
I also found that the left over meat makes excellent dip for tortilla chips.
