Bean Salsa Dip

2 cans Pinto Beans
2 cans Black eyed Peas
2 cans Corn or Hominy
1 can Black Beans
Green Pepper, chopped
Red Pepper, chopped
4 Green Onions
1 small can Jalapenos Peppers

3/4 C. Cider Vinegar
1 C. Sugar
1 C. Vegetable Oil
1 t. Salt
1 t. White Pepper
1 t. minced Garlic
1 T. Water

Drain cans of first 4 ingredients, and mix in peppers, onions & jalapenos. Boil remaining ingredients for 1 minute. Cook and pour over beans. Serve!
