Bang Bang Shrimp

2 C Panko Bread Crumbs
2 T Olive Oil
1 t Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 large Eggs
1 C Flour
1 lb Raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

Bang Bang Sauce
2 T Mayo
2 T Sweet Chili Sauce
1 T Sriracha
1 Lime, juiced
1 t Honey
Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 400.

In one bowl, place flour. In a second bowl, beat eggs. In a third bowl, mix bread crumbs, oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Holding the shrimp by the tail, dredge first in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Bake 15 minutes.

While shrimp are baking, mix together bang bang sauce. Serve shrimp with sauce.
