1 pkg Bacon (I like the sweeter bacons)
Chicken Tenders
Preheat oven to 400. Place baking rack on baking sheet with an edge. Wrap each chicken tender in the bacon. Place wrapped chicken on rack and place in oven. Bake 40 minutes or until chicken is done and bacon is to desired crispness.
Note: Also good cold the next day.
Note: Some recipes also say to place under broiler to crisp up bacon. I have not tried this.
Cindy brought these on one of our trips summer of 2017. I hate cold chicken, or reheated chicken for that matter. However, it intrigued me, so I ate a few of these little gems cold and fell in love. This was Zoe’s favorite dinner for a while.
