6 Bacon Slices
2 Medium Onions, sliced
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 C. Milk
5 Hard Cooked Eggs, sliced
2 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
A dash of salt and pepper
3-6 English Muffins split and toasted
Preheat oven to 350.
Fry bacon until crisp and remove from skillet/drain fat reserving 2 T. fat. Saute onion in said fat, stir in soup, milk, eggs, cheese and seasonings and pour into 10×6 baking dish. Top with crumbled bacon and bake for 20 minutes. Serve over muffins halves. Makes 6-8 servings
