Aunt Sunny’s Ice Cream

2-6 eggs
2 C. sugar
1 pint heavy cream
ΒΌ t. salt
1 T. vanilla
1 T. lemon juice
Enough milk to make the freezer 2/3 full.

Beat together the eggs and sugar. Add the rest and put it into an ice cream mixer. Mix according to directions.

Makes 1 gallon.
