2 T. Finely chopped Rosemary
4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/2 t. Salt
1/4 t. Pepper
1 lb Pork Tenderloin
Cooking Spray
Combine rosemary and garlic. Make slits in loin and put 1/2 mixture in slits. Rub loin with remaining rosemary mixture; sprinkle w/salt and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until done on jelly roll pan sprayed with cooking spray. Add water to pan to loosen bits and make gravy.
