1/2 C. Butter
1/2 C. Peanut Butter
1/2 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 t. Vanilla
1 1/4 C. Sifted All Purpose Flour
3/4 t. Baking Soda
1/4 t. Salt
Thoroughly cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla. Stir together dry ingredients; blend into creamed items. Shape into 1 inch balls; roll int sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Crisscross with fork tines. Bake at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
