8 oz Pork Sausage
1 3/4 C. Biscuit Baking Mix
3/4 t. Rubbed Sage
1/4 t. Dried Thyme
1 Egg
1/2 C. Milk
1/2 C. Shredded Cheese
Cook meat and drain grease. Combine baking mix, sage and thyme. In another bowl, combine egg & milk. Stir into dry ingredients until moistened. Fold in meat & cheese.
Fill cups in muffin pan 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
