Easy Pretzels

1 pkg Dry Yeast
1 T. Sugar
1 t. Salt
1 1/2 C. Warm Water
4 C. Flour
1 Egg, beaten
Kosher Salt

Mix 1st 4 ingredients. Add flour and knead until smooth. Shape. Place on cookie sheet. Brush with egg and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
