Pickles

6 C Sliced Cucumbers
1 C. Onion sliced or chopped
1 Green Pepper sliced
1 Heaping T. Salt

1 1/2 C Sugar
1 C. Vinegar, cold

Mix first 4 ingredients together and let sit 2 hours, then drain off liquid.

Mix sugar and vinegar together until sugar dissolves and pour over drained cukes. Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
