Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Pumpkin Seeds
Salt

Rinse and drain seeds well. Place on baking sheet and liberally sprinkle with salt. Bake at 350 degrees, turning occasionally and adding additional salt to taste, until golden brown. Cool completely before eating.
