4 Medium Potatoes, chunked
1/2 Small Onion, chopped
4 C. Milk
2 t. Butter
1 – 2 t. Celery Seed
Garlic Powder to taste
Salt
Pepper
Peel and boil potatoes and onions in salted water. Boil down, or drain water so there is half as much water as potatoes. Smash potatoes down, but do not mash. Add butter, milk, celery seed, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Simmer until heated through – do not allow to boil. Serve.
