3-4 Chicken Breasts, or misc. pieces
Flour
Garlic Powder
Herbs of Choice
Pepper
Salt
Oil
Gravy:
2 T. Flour
1 C. Milk
Salt
Pepper
Heat oil in large skillet. Mix rest of ingredients and coat chicken. Place in hot oil and cover for 30 minutes, turning halfway through. Take lid off and cook until crisp and chicken is no longer pink; approx 10-20 min.
Remove chicken. Add gravy flour and brown with drippings. Slowly add milk while stirring over low heat until thick. Add salt and pepper. If too thick, add milk until desired consistency.
