Garlic-Lime Chicken W/ Olives

3 Chicken Breasts
1 C. Diced Onion
3 Cloves Minced Garlic
2 T. Lime Juice
1 T. Molasses
2 t. Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 t. Ground Cumin
1 t. Dried Oregano
1/2 t. Salt
1/2 t. Pepper
1/2 C Sliced Kalamata Olives

Coat casserole dish with cooking spray.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except olives. Toss to coat.

Transfer chicken to prepared casserole dish and pour remaining marinade over chicken. Arrange olives over and around chicken in dish. Roast 30-35 minutes at 400, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve.
