Hamburger Gravy

1 lb Hamburger
2 T. Flour
Salt
Pepper
Hot Water
Milk

Salt skillet and brown hamburger, breaking up into small pieces. Sprinkle flour over meat, mix together and brown. Add very hot water a little at a time nad stir until smooth; add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and add milk until gravy consistency and heated through. Serve over mashed potatoes.
