Easy Spinach Lasange

9 (2″) Lasagna Noodles, cooked
1 lb. Hamburger
2 Cans (14 1/2 oz. each) Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano
2 Cans (13 1/2 oz. each) Spinach
1 pkg. (15 oz.) Ricotta Cheese
3 C. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Cook meat with tomatoes in skillet over med-high heat 7 minutes. Drain spinach well, squeezing out excess liquid; blend with ricotta cheese. Layer noodles, 1/2 spinach mixture, 1/3 meat mixture and 1/3 cheese in 9×12 baking dish. Repeat, ending with noodles, meat, tomatoes and cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes or until heated through.
*Note: I used frozen spinach.
