2 T. Butter
2 T. Flour
1 C. Milk
1/2 t. Salt
1 (2 1/4 oz.) pkg Sliced Dried Beef, cut into bite size pieces
Toast, Rice, Noodles or Pastry Shells
Melt butter in saucepan, add flour and salt and blend until smooth. Stir in cold milk gradual. Add and cook over direct heat, stirring constantly until sauce thick and smooth. Pour over toast, etc.
