4 Roma Tomatoes
1 Shallot
10 Garlic Cloves
2 C dry Pasta
Place all items in a pan and drizzle with olive oil. Roast at 450 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Cook pasta. Blend vegetables and pour over pasta.
Optionally blend basil or cottage cheese into sauce.
