Pie Crust

1 1/2 C. Flour
4 T. Butter
1/4 C. Shortening
1/2 t. Salt
1 T. Sugar
3 oz. Water

Combine ingredients well. Refrigerate at least an hour before rolling out. For a double crust, double ingredients.
