8 oz Rotini
3/4 C Relish
2/3 C diced Cheddar Cheese
3 T minced Onion
2 T fresh Dill
1/2 C Dill Pickle Juice
Dressing:
2/3 C Mayo
1/3 C Sour Cream
4 T Dill Pickle Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cook pasta. Rinse under cold water. Toss pasta with pickle juice and let sit for 5 minutes. Drain juice.
Mix dressing ingredients well. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate at least one hour.
