Pie Crust:
1 stick Butter
1 C Flour
1 C Chopped walnuts (optional)
Layer 1:
1 C Powdered Sugar
1 (8 oz) block Cream Cheese
1 C. Cool Whip
Layer 3:
2 pkgs Pistachio Pudding Mix
3 C Milk
Topping:
Cool Whip
Chopped Almonds (optional)
Mix crust and press into a 9×13 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool.
Mix layer 1 and spread on cooled crust.
Mix layer 2 and spread over layer 1.
Spread topping over other layers and refrigerate until pudding is set. Serve.
