1-2 raw Turmeric, diced
1-2 raw Ginger, diced
1-4 cloves Garlic, diced
1 Serrano or Jalapeno Pepper, sliced, seeds removed
1/8 t. powdered Turmeric
1/8 t. Cayenne
1/8 t. Cumin
1/4 C. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 C. Honey
1 Lemon, squeezed
Fill stockpot halfway with water and add all ingredients. Boil 10-15 minutes and turn to low. If it tastes too strong, add water, honey, or both.
Optional: Add 2 Nettle tea bags and remove after steeped.
