1 lb Hamburger
1 Onion, diced
Minced Garlic, to taste
1 Green Bell Peppers, diced
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1 can Tomato Sauce
2/3 C. Beef Broth
2/3 C. Rice
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 C. Shredded Cheese
Saute hamburger and onion until beef is browned. Add garlic and peppers, sauteing for a couple minutes. Add rest of ingredients except for cheese. Cook at high pressure for 5 minutes, allowing a natural release for 10 minutes before releasing pressure manually. Stir in cheese until melted and serve.
