Raw Legs:
Preheat oven to 350. Place rack on sheet pan or in casserole dish. Season legs as desired and place legs on rack. Bake for 45 minutes. Turn legs over and then bake an additional 45 minutes.
Turkey should be cooked to 180 degrees internal temperature.
Let legs stand and cool for at least 10 minutes.
Smoked Legs:
Preheat oven to 350. Wrap turkey in foil and bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
Turkey legs are ridiculously cheap to buy, raw or smoked. They are also super tasty and easy to make.
