I don’t have any measurements for the amount of pickles or salami. I just dice and mix until it looks/tastes about right.
1 block of cream cheese (I used the 1/3 less fat)
2 Tablespoons (about) sour cream (I used the light version)
Dill pickles maybe 8 medium sized ones. (I have found if you don’t have enough pickles, it really doesn’t taste right. So more I think is better.)
For the meat, I used I think it is the Oscar Meyer 12 oz package of Salami (all but 3 slices). I’ve also used hard salami from the deli, my neighbor used the shaved beef and that was good too.
This sounds like about the most disgusting recipe ever, but instead it is delicious!
