1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
4 t. vanilla
2 C. (1 pint) heavy cream, whipped
Beat milk, yolks and vanilla together. Fold into the whipped cream.
Pour into a 2 qt. container, like a 9X5” loaf pan. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours before serving.
Makes about 1 1/2 quarts
